GCA has reserved a block of rooms at the The Inter-Continental Hotel, 505 N. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. GCA's special room rates are $175.00 single or double, plus applicable tax. To make reservations call 800/628-2112 or the hotel directly at 312/944-4100 and mention the "GCA 2000 Rate Case Conference" room block. This room block is available until November 3, 2000 after which reservations will be taken on a space availability basis. The hotel requires that all reservations be guaranteed by a check or major credit card equal to one night's room and tax. Cancellations must be made seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival in order to avoid charge for the first night. Reservations can only be cancelled by calling the hotel directly and obtaining a cancellation number. The hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Note: Upon hotel check-in, guests will be asked to verify their departure date. At that time, schedule departure dates can be altered. Changes made thereafter shall be subject to a $50.00 administrative fee.
Ground Transportation Information To and From Airport
Shuttle service (Airport Express) is available from O'Hare International Airport to the hotel at the rate of $17.00 one way per person. To reserve, please go to their desk at the baggage claim area.
