fees include all meeting materials, luncheons, continental
breakfast and breaks.
Hotel
accommodations are not included in the registration
fees. Each registrant is responsible for his/her
accommodation reservation and payment to the hotel.

GCARI
has reserved a block of rooms at the Drake Hotel,
140 East Walton Place, Chicago, IL. The negotiated
event rate is $160 plus applicable taxes. To make
reservations, call the hotel directly at (312) 787-2200.
The cut-off date for reservations is June 12, 1999.
After that date, reservations will be taken on space/rate
availability.

Substitutions/Cancellations:
Substitutions
are welcome. For full or partial refund, cancellations
must be received in writing or by fax before 12:00
noon eastern time on July 7, 1999. After that date,
registrants are liable for the full fee.
