Mission
of SPECTRUM '99:
The
annual meeting of the graphic arts community,
when creative, prepress, printing, publishing,
and manufacturing leaders learn about, and discuss,
changing business practices, methods of applying
new technologies to day-to-day operations, and
ways to improve the production and communications
processes in order to improve the future of
their business and of the industry.
Who should attend
the SPECTRUM '99 Conference?
Executives
and managers with production-related responsibilities
from design firms, advertising agencies, publishers
(magazines, catalogs/direct mail, newspapers,
books, etc.), printers, prepress services, and
suppliers. Typically, the Spectrum conference
draws an equal number of representatives from
each industry segment. Excluding those working
in sales, about 30% of attendees are company
VPs, Presidents, Publishers, or other executives,
and about 37% are managers and directors.
