Are We Meeting Customer Expectations? At this panel presentation, moderated by Peter McLean/Chief Operating Officer at Continental Web Press, we'll hear from two advertisers and two advertising agency buyers who've been asked to appraise the graphic communications industry's level-of-service. What are their objectives and are we doing what we should be doing to help our customers meet their goals? Is there something that we should do differently; have they noticed recent improvements; and what will they expect from us next year or the year after that?

What Does the Digital Production Process Look Like? As an industry, we've put a heavy investment and lot of hard work into building a digital environment and the basic building blocks are in place, but what does it look like? The answer depends on a lot of factors. Moderator Michael Sansone, Chief Operating Officer at Type House Group, will walk us through a generalized workflow to help paint a picture of how all the elements fit together. Participants from catalogers and mid-sized magazine publishers will then tell us how they've developed digital workflows to deal with specific requirements such as highly customized versioning or large proportions of partial advertising submitted by end customers.
