Spectrum '99 Chairs

Conference Chair: Victor Basile is Senior Vice President, Director of Print Graphic Services at D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles New York, where he is responsible for supervising all print and graphics for DMB&B's Fortune 500 accounts. Victor is a 22-year industry veteran who has also worked at Warwick Welch & Miller Advertising and Ross Roy Advertising. He is active in GCA, GAA, AAAA, APC, DDAP and other industry groups.

Conference Vice-Chair: Eve Asbury is Vice President, Director of Print and Digital Production for Saatchi & Saatchi in New York. In this capacity she oversees all print production for the agency. A strong advocate of digital advertising she and her team are playing a key role in leading the agency push for publishers to accept digital ads. She is a contributing editor for several technology magazines including Digital Production Executive (DPX), based in New York and Digital Imaging and Publishing, based in Southern Africa.
