All GCA dues MUST be current at the time of the event, to receive the member rates.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION ... Register before November 19, 1999

All registrations must be accompanied by payment or government purchase order in order to be processed.

A $50 processing fee will be added for on-site registrations.

Confirmations will be sent by fax within 3-5 business days. Be sure to fill in the fax field on the registration form.

Academic rates are available: please contact the GCA registration bureau directly for details +1 330 425 9330 extension 811 or GCA@conferon.com. Please also note that a copy of your student or faculty ID must be included with your registration packet.

Cancellations must be received in writing. If received before November 19, 1999, a $75 processing fee will be incurred. No portion of your registration will be refunded after November 19, 1999. Substitutions are welcome at no additional fee. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.

In the unlikely event that GCA should have to cancel this conference/exposition, GCA will refund all conference attendees for the amount paid for the conference, but is not responsible for any attendees other related expenses, including hotel and travel.
