from the creative, prepress, printing, publishing, and manufacturing arenas learn
about and discuss changing business practices, methods of applying new technologies
to day-to-day operations, and ways to improve the production and communications
processes in order to improve the future of their business and industry.

Executives and managers with production-related responsibilities from design firms, advertising
agencies, publishers (magazines, catalogs/direct mail, newspapers, books, etc.), e-businesses, printers,
prepress services, and suppliers to the publishing production industries. Typically, Spectrum draws an
equal number of representatives from each industry segment. Excluding those working in sales, about
30% of attendees are company VPs, Presidents, Publishers, or other executives, and about 37% are
managers and directors.
