conference registration area is located on the Exhibit Hall
Level of the Hotel Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. This level
is one floor down from the Lobby Level.

Academic
Rates
Academic rates are calculated by deducting 40% from the
non-member prices. Please print out the registration form
and fax into the registration company along with a copy
of your student or faculty ID. Fax number is 1-972-881-1747.
Academic registrations will not be valid without a copy
of the student or faculty ID.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing. If received
before November 27, 2000, a $75 processing fee will
be incurred. No portion of your registration will be
refunded after November 27, 2000. Substitutions from
the same organization are welcome at no additional fee.
No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.
In
the unlikely event that GCA should have to cancel this
conference/exposition, GCA will refund all conference
attendees for the amount paid for the conference, but
is not responsible for any attendees' other related
expenses, including hotel and travel.
Press
registrations.
Members of the press must bring along
a copy of your press credentials.
In order to receive the member rate, all GCA dues
MUST be current at the time of the event.
