Speaker Fees:

As a speaker, you are eligible to receive the special conference rate of $250 - provided you have sent us a copy of your presentation (paper or slides). If you will be attending only on the day of your event, no fee will be charged. This special speaker rate includes entrance to all the conference sessions (and special events) Tuesday - Friday. If you were unable to submit your presentation paper or slides, the full member or non-member registration fee will apply. If you have any questions regarding this fee, please contact David Kunkel, Program Coordinator at 703.519.8165 or info@gca.org.

Tutorial Instructor Fees:

One complimentary conference registration will be available for each tutorial instructor, provided the final tutorial handout is received by November 1, 2000. This discount does not apply to additional tutorials or special interest days.

All registrations must be accompanied by payment or government purchase order in order to be processed. Confirmations will not be sent until complete payment is received. Completed registrations will receive confirmations via email within 3-5 business days.

A $75 processing fee will be added to any registrations received after November 27, 2000.

Academic rates are calculated by deducting 40% from the non-member prices. Please print out the registration form and fax into the registration company along with a copy of your student or faculty ID. Fax number is 1-972-881-1747. Academic registrations will not be valid without a copy of the student or faculty ID.

Cancellations must be received in writing. If received before November 27, 2000, a $75 processing fee will be incurred. No portion of your registration will be refunded after November 27, 2000. Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.

In the unlikely event that GCA should have to cancel this conference/exposition, GCA will refund all speakers for the amount paid for the conference, but is not responsible for any other related expenses, including hotel and travel.

Questions? Contact Registration Bureau at 972-578-2779, xml2000@rhsonline.com, or Tanya Bosse, Program Manager, tbosse@gca.org. Pre-Conference registration must be received by November 27, 2000. After that date on-site registration is required.

GCA MEMBERSHIP

In order to receive the member rate, all GCA dues MUST be current at the time of the event.
