  1. Registration - As a speaker, you are eligible to receive the special conference rate of $250 - provided you have sent us a copy of your presentation (paper or slides). If you will be attending only on the day of your event, no fee will be charged. This special speaker rate includes entrance to all the conference sessions (and special events) Tuesday - Friday. If you were unable to submit your presentation paper or slides, the full member or non-member registration fee will apply. Please fill out and submit the enclosed special speaker registration form. The pre-registration deadline is November 27, 2000. If you have any questions regarding registration, please feel free to contact Jane Harnad, +1 703 519 8159 or Dave Kunkel, +1 703 519 8165, at GCA.

  2. Hotel Information - The special hotel group rate cutoff date has past. Please make your hotel reservation(s) as soon as possible to take advantage of the conference rate. Rooms are now selling on a space by space availability.

  3. Speaker Commitment - To ensure that we have your most current contact information, biographies, and a/v requirements for your presentation, we ask that you please complete the following Speaker Commitment and Authorization Form. If you have already provided this information in your original paper submission, please note that, and we will pull that information accordingly. If not, please provide that information, so we may keep your information updated in all the XML 2000 onsite program booklets.

Thank you. We look forward to seeing you in December!

David Kunkel, Program Assistant
