Pre-conference Tutorials (Sunday, December 3 and Monday, December 4)

Half-day, full-day and two-day tutorials will be offered on a wide range of XML and related technologies. Tutorials will target a specific skill level, in order to assist attendees in making the best selection.

Special Interest Day (Monday, December 4)

In addition to the tutorials, we are offering special interest day programs, on December 4th. Topics covered will include: the ICE standard (Information and Content Exchange), an executive overview of Topic Maps, Publishing Requirements for Industry Standard Metadata, Customer Profile Exchange, BizTalk and XML Inside the Beltway: Government Applications.

XML 2000 Conference (Tuesday, December 5 – Friday, December 8)

This year’s conference will have sessions for managers, users, novices, and technical experts. XML 2000 will address eCommerce, leading edge technologies, device-independent Web accessibility, and building Web sites with XML, just to name a few.

Exposition (Tuesday, December 5 – Thursday, December 7)

The XML 2000 Exposition is the largest demonstration of the XML standards-based products and protoypes for the Web developer and information publisher. Networking Opportunities

GCA will host a week full of events designed to provide the attendees with the most effective networking opportunities including luncheons, chat tables, receptions, and evening nocturnes and impromptus.
