To: Attendees of Practical Transformation Using XSLT and XPath

Any XSLT processor supporting the W3C XSLT vocabulary is acceptable for working the exercises in the "Practical Transformation Using XSLT and XPath" course. The Saxon processor is brought to the course by the instructor, but if you wish to obtain the software in advance of the course the following is needed (if you don't already have a copy):

1) Attendees wanting to work in raw Java need the following two items:

1a) - a Java environment

2b) - Instant Saxon (Windows executable, about 300Kb download)

3) Attendees working in a Windows environment wanting to use MSXML3 with IE5:

3a) - latest IE5 MSXML3 driver (about 650kb download)
