demands for exactness in mail make-up defy the realities
of bindery operations. GCA's POISE Group (Printers'
Operational Issues Study Effort), had been meeting
with Postal officials to establish a workable approach
to a problem that isn't going to go away. Leading
the POISE Group is MTAC Chair Joe Schick who will
moderate this panel on what's been done, and what
new policies and procedures to expect; also includes
MERLIN tests and deployment.
