General Information:
The Hotel Concorde La Fayatte is located in the heart of Paris adjoined to le Palais des Congres, the venue of XML Europe 2000. The hotel is located between the Arc de Triomphe and the Grande Arche at La Defense. This hotel has easy access to the metro and RER suburban railway. It also is equipped with enough car parking space for 1,500 vehicles. Reservation Policy:
Hotel accommodations will be made directly by the attendees to the hotel by faxing the enclosed hotel reservation form. This form will identify you as an XML Europe 2000 attendee and will allow you to receive the negoiated group rate. Please be sure to make your reservations prior to the cut-off date of 26 April 2000. All reservations received after that date are subject to space and rate availability.

Deposit Policy:
One night will be charged upon reception of the reservation form.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation should be made in writing and will follow the policy listed below --
The one night deposit will not be refunded in case of cancelllation 8 days prior to arrival and in case of no-show.

We are very pleased to be returning to Paris for our 2000 event. This time we are at Le Palais des Congres, a world-class facility at Porte Maillot, near the Arc de Triomphe. We were last in Paris back in 1998 and decided we just had to come back to the city of lights.

Le Palais des Congres is easily accessible by road and by public transportation.

By Car: The Palais can be reached with ease via the peripherique (Paris ring road) - connections with the motorway network linking the French capital to all of France and Europe. At the Palais is enough space for 1,800 cars.

By Metro: Le Palais des Congres is located off Metro Line 1, at the Porte Maillot Station.

By Rail: Le Palais des Congres is located off RER Line C, at the Neuilly-Port Maillot-Palais des Congres Station.

By Air: The closest airport is Charles de Gaulle. Air France provides a direct shuttle service from the airport (approximately 30-40 minutes) to all of the XML Europe host hotels. This shuttle service runs every 20 minutes.
