TO CANCEL

For full or partial refund, cancellations must be received by mail or fax before 12:00 noon on February 2, 2000. After that date, registrants are liable for the entire fee. Substitutions are welcome.

HOTEL INFORMATION

GCA has reserved a block of rooms at The Biltmore Hotel, 1200 Anastasia Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33134. GCA's special room rates are $249.00 single/double occupancy, plus applicable tax. To make reservations call 1-800-727-1926 between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday. The cut-off date for the rooms is January 20, 2000. All other hours, call the hotel directly at 305-445-1926. Hotel accommodations are not included in registration fees. Each registrant pays the hotel directly at time of checkout.

TRANSPORTATION

From Miami International Airport it is a 15 minute cab ride to the hotel and it costs $16.00. Also, the Super Shuttle, with courtesy stations at all baggage claim areas provides transportation to the hotel at the rate of $11.00 per person.
