GCA dues MUST be current at the time of the event, to
receive the member rates.

REGISTRATION
INFORMATION ... Register before 26 May 2000
All
registrations must be accompanied by payment or government
purchase order in order to be processed.
Late/Onsite
Registrations will incurr an additional $50 processing
fee. (Applied to all registrations received after 26
May 2000.)
Confirmations
will be sent by email within ? business days.
Be sure to fill in the email field on the registration
form.
Academic
rates are calculated by deducting 40% from the non-member
prices. Please print out the registration form and fax
into the registration company along with a copy of your
student or faculty ID. Fax number is +?. Academic registrations
will not be valid without a copy of the student or faculty
ID.
All
Press registration forms must be faxed into the registration
company along with a copy of your press credential.
A GCA press representative will be contacting you with
details on the event, prior to the conference. Please
fax all forms to +?.
Cancellations
must be received in writing. If received before 26 May
2000, a $75 processing fee will be incurred. No portion
of your registration will be refunded after 26 May 2000.
Substitutions from the same organization are welcome
at no additional fee. No-shows are liable for the entire
conference fee.

In
the unlikely event that GCA should have to cancel this
conference/exposition, GCA will refund all conference
attendees for the amount paid for the conference, but
is not responsible for any attendees other related expenses,
including hotel and travel.
