Speaker Commitment Form

I, accept IDEAlliance's invitation to present at the XML Conference & Exposition 2001 event in Orlando, Florida, December 9-14, 2001. I plan to participate in the conference and provide IDEAlliance with a complete copy of my presentation for distribution to the attendees. If at any time circumstances arise that make me unable to participate in the program, I will contact your office immediately with a replacement. In addition, I authorize IDEAlliance to record my remarks (both in video and audio), duplicate my work entitled and make it available for distribution during and after the conference (including selling the proceedings to non-conference attendees).

I vouch that my presentation material is original with me (or have permission to use), and I do hereby waive any and all claims resulting from the recording, duplicating, and sales of the presentation listed above (holding IDEAlliance harmless from any liability).

I provided all my complete and current contact information with my abstract submission - please use that information.

Note: If using a laptop - we ask you to please bring it to your meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. This will give the audiovisual company ample time to test the equipment and make any necessary adjustments.
