Biography

Lon Pilot - As a Watson Wyatt Systems Consultant, Lon Pilot specializes in the design and implementation of Internet-and Intranet-based human resources systems. In this capacity, he is involved in the design and implementation of both employee and HR management targeted applications. Additionally, Mr. Pilot is active in the design and promotion of data interchange standards for HR through his work with the HR-XML Consortium.

Prior to joining Watson Wyatt in 1996, Mr. Pilot worked for the University of Delaware College of Education in a technical support role. He also has worked as a hardware and software developer for Kernel Productions, a Macintosh gaming hardware and software development company.

Mr. Pilot is chairman of the HR-XML Consortium, an elected post. He received his BS in computer science from the University of Delaware.

Watson Wyatt is a global consulting firm that brings together two disciplines-people and financial management-to help clients improve business performance. The company provides consulting services in the areas of employee benefits, human resources technologies and human capital management.
