Dianne Kennedy - Dianne Kennedy is the Chief Technical Consultant for IDEAlliance.org. She has served as the Chairperson for XML 1998, XML 1999 and XML 2000. Ms. Kennedy has been an independent SGML/XML consultant since 1993. She is also a founding paratner of InfoLoom, Inc. incorporated in the United States in the Spring of 2000. InfoLoom Inc. is the premier provider of Topic Maps software and services.
