Rainer Prosi - Dr. Rainer Prosi is a high-energy physicist turned workflow architect working with Heidelberg since 1998. He has been involved with the Job Definition Format (JDF) project from its early phases in 1999. He is the Heidelberg representative of the JDF task force that originally drafted the JDF specification. During that time, he drafted a first prototype of a JDF API. He is currently working on a number of workflow and XML related projects within Heidelberg. He has recently been appointed Chief Technical Officer of the CIP4 standards group.
