IDEAlliance, sponsor of the XML USA and XML Europe Expositions, has just acquired additional exposition space for this year's previously sold-out XML Europe event, making this the largest internationally-based XML exposition ever. To date, IDEAlliance has booked more than 50 exhibitors for the Berlin event.
About the Exposition
The Exposition, to be held 22-24 May at the Internationales Congress Centrum (ICC), in Berlin, Germany, will be the greatest in the long-running series. This event is being held in conjunction with the Graphic Communication Association's (GCA) XML Europe 2001 Conference, running from 21-25 May.
This exposition will provide delegates and visitors with information on products and services for the development and deployment of web Services, XML-based transactions, publishing via traditional and new media, and more. Currently featuring more than 50 exhibitors from across Europe, the United States and Asia, the list of exhibitors includes XML Europe Sponsors: empolis and Arbortext and Co-Sponsors: Adobe, IXIASOFT and Software AG. IDEAlliance is also pleased to announce that this year's event features more than 20 first-time exhibitors.
New Tech Area
An addition to this year's Exposition Hall is the "New Tech Area." Enjoying increasing popularity in the US, but offered for the first time in Europe, this area is a venue for the display of pre-release commercial tools, free tools and shareware tools. Users will have the opportunity to receive previews of future products and free tools, while allowing developers the opportunity to receive user feedback on the tools prior to releasing their products.
For information to exhibit (booth or tabletop in the "New Tech Area"), contact Julie Desmond, Exhibits Manager, at +1.617.698.0277 or jdesmond@gca.org. For a complete listing of events and program updates, visit the event Web site at www.xmleurope.com.
