I, formally accept IDEAlliance's invitation to present at the XML Conference & Exposition 2001 event in Orlando, Florida, December 9-14, 2001. I plan to participate in the event and provide a complete copy of my tutorial materials for distribution to the attendees. If at any time circumstances arise that make me unable to participate in the program, I will contact your office immediately with a replacement. In addition, I authorize IDEAlliance to duplicate my work entitled and make it available for distribution during the event.

I vouch that my presentation material is original with me (or have permission to use), and I do hereby waive any and all claims resulting from the duplicating and sales of the handout listed above (holding IDEAlliance harmless from any liability).

Reminder Note: If using a laptop - we do ask you to please bring it to the meeting room at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. This will give the audiovisual company ample time to test the equipment and make any necessary adjustments.
