Register early to avoid long lines. Advanced registration closes on Monday, November 8, 2004 - 5:00pm EST. Registration will re-open onsite November 15 (see hours to the right). Payment Policy
All valid registrations MUST be accompanied by full payment or government purchase order.

Confirmation Policy
Confirmations will not be sent until complete payment is received. Completed registrations will receive confirmations via fax or email within 7-10 business days after registration is processed. Contact IDEAlliance Registrar with questions - registrar@idealliance.org; +1 703-837-1070.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing. If received before October 29, 2004, only a $75 processing fee will be incurred. No portion of your registration will be refunded after October 29. [More Details]

Includes your choice of pre-conference and post-conference tutorial(s) on Monday 11/15 and Friday 11/19. (ie. 2 half day tutorials or 1 full day tutorial on Monday 11/15 and 1 half day tutorial on Friday 11/19) Also included in the gold pass: all conference sessions (Tuesday-Thursday), online access to conference proceedings, entrance to exposition, reception, luncheons, and all other related conference materials.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH STAFF PASS / November 16-18

All exhibitor booth staff must be registered for their booth. Please limit booth staff to 4 people per 100 sq. foot space. Registration includes access to the exposition floor during setup, dismantle and exhibit hours, and the exposition reception. There is an option for booth staff lunch tickets for a fee of $75. This will include lunch for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
